Moving out of a rented property is a process that contains a thorough deep clean of the entire kitchen area, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, staircase, conservatory, storage area, utility area, and any other area the property may consist of. End of tenancy cleaning usually requires a strong attention to details, professional cleaning solutions and high-class professional cleaning machines to steam clean the carpeted area or the upholstery areas. 

Creating a detailed and approved checklist to follow in our end of tenancy cleaning was the most helpful tool in guaranteeing our service. Top Cleaning End of Tenancy Check List – Helpful Guide for Tenants 

Kitchen 

• Clean, wash, polish and sanitise all worktops and sink area

• Clean, wipe and sanitise cupboards and drawers inside and out

• Clean, remove limescale, polish and sanitise all taps and sink area

• De-grease, clean, wipe and polish tiles

• Clean fridge and freezer inside and out (freezer need to be defrosted)

• Clean microwave inside and out

• Clean the exterior only of kitchen appliances such as kettle & toaster. 

• Clean oven inside and outside

• Clean, de-grease extractor and hob

• Clean dishwasher and washing machine inside and out

• Clean light fittings, lamps and chandelier (where possible)

• Clean and sanitise plugs and switches

• Clean windows and windows’ frames inside only

• Wipe dirt from woodwork areas

• Clean and sanitise doors, handles, doorframes

• Clean, wipe off and polish furnishings

• Clean and wipe off skirting boards

• Vacuum, mop, polish and sanitise floors

* Kitchen utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery are not included in our standard end of tenancy cleaning packages. These can be cleaned for an additional cost if required.

* Fitted appliances such as Washing Machines, Dish Washers, Driers, Fridge and Freezers are not moved by our technicians due to safety and technical purposes. They are all going to be thoroughly cleaned the way they are fitted. 

Bathroom 

• Clean and remove limescale from tiled areas 

• Clean and remove limescale from shower glass, glass doors 

• Clean and remove limescale from shower head, bathtubs 

• Clean and remove limescale from all other areas in the bath

• Clean and wash showers, basins and bathtub

• Clean and polish sink taps and sink area

• Clean and sanitise toilet seat and toilet area

• Clean inside toilet bowl

• Clean outside toilet bowl

Bedroom 

• Clean bedroom wardrobes inside and out (must be free of personal belongings)

• Clean bedroom drawers inside and out (must be free of personal belongings)

• Clean and dust picture frames, tops and surfaces

• Clean and polish mirrors and glasses

• Clean light fittings and lampshades

• Clean and wipe skirting boards

• Clean radiators where possible to reach

• Clean and polish doors and doors’ frames

• Clean and sanitise door handles

• Wipe and polish switches and AC controls

• Clean windows and frames inside only 

• Clean and wipe off dirt from sockets, plugs and switches

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners and walls

• Vacuum all mattresses (if furnished property)

• Hoover, mop and sanitise the floors

*Painted walls and ceilings’ cleaning and washing are not included in our end of tenancy cleaning check list.

Living Room and all other rooms

• Clean and dust all furniture and surfaces

• Clean and dust picture frames and wall hangings

• Clean and polish mirrors and glasses areas

• Move (where possible) furniture and clean /vacuum underneath and behind

• Clean light fittings and lampshades

• Clean and wipe skirting boards

• Clean radiators (where accessible) 

• Clean doors and doors’ frames

• Clean and sanitise door’s handles

• Clean windows and windows’ frame inside only

• Hoover sofas & chairs

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners and walls

• Hoover, mop and sanitise the floors

* Cleaning of shutters, wooden or venetian blinds is a time-consuming task which is not included as standard in our Task List. We can arrange this cleaning service upon your request additionally.

Entrance / Hallway / Staircase

• Clean and wipe all skirting boards, handrails

• Clean radiators if accessible
